Much of the code I’ve written over the course of my academic career has been designed to perform specific analysis for individual research papers. I’ve created this page to make this code available to the community through the GNU General Public License. Interested parties are welcome to freely download, study, redistribute, or improve upon any of this work. My only request is that the authors of any research derived from this code cite the paper for which the code was originally developed.

Below I list individual papers and any custom software that was used in the analysis (still under construction). I also provide a link to an dropbox directory that contains many of the subroutines (mostly written in IDL) that may be required to run some of this code.
