Of all the outrageous things that happen in New Orleans during Katrina, the police blockage of an evacuation route to keep the prodiminatly black evacuees out of a rich white community is perhaps one of the most disgusting. Now a grand jury has decided that no one will be held accountable for what happened. What a disgrace
